- It is your responsibility to verify whether your insurance has limits on doctors, specialists, or services.
- Depending on your coverage, you may be responsible for co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles.
- For out-of-network providers, our dedicated billing specialists will work with you to make financial arrangements.

Billing Disclosures
We follow federal guidelines to protect patients from unexpected medical costs:
- Emergency care or out-of-network treatment: You are protected from surprise billing or balance billing when treated by an out-of-network surgeon at an in-network facility.
- Good Faith Estimate: Patients without insurance or not using insurance are entitled to an estimate of costs for medical services.
Out-of-Network & Payment Assistance
